Where does Soultanicals ship to?
We ship Nationwide & Internationally via USPS.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our headquarters, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Registered users have the ability to track their orders through My Account. The Order Tracking link lets you see where your order is as soon as it ships.
How do I return my order?
Soultanicals wants you to be happy with your purchase however because our products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it.
How do I take advantage of an online promotion?
Enter the promotional code in the box provided during checkout and click 'Update Order'. If the promotional code does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you forgot to enter the promotional code in the checkout, please call us; we will do our best to amend your order. If your package has already shipped, we will gladly put a credit on file for you to use towards a future purchase.

We are rapidly expanding our business throughout the U.S. Please check our Store Locator to see if Soultanicals is carried in a Retail store/salon near you. If there are no retail locations near you, please feel free to refer your preferred Retailer of choice here.
Does Soultanicals offer product samples?
We frequently include product samples when we ship purchased items. We also offer samples for purchase in our shop.
Does Soultanicals have a newsletter? How do I sign-up?
We send out newsletters every month. Our emails include exclusive offers, product announcements, events and helpful body and hair care advice.

Does Soultanicals have gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards are available in denominations from $5 to $100 and may be redeemed online.
Gift cards are delivered to the recipient via Ground ($5.00 charge) or Priority ($8.00 charge). For faster delivery, choose our E-Gift Card, a personalized gift card sent via email.
Are there any wholesale distribution opportunities with Soultanicals?
